Frequently asked questions
Twist the chambers apart and brush the teeth clear with the included brush. For a deeper clean, wash the parts in warm water with a little dish soap, then rinse and dry them completely before reassembling. Keep it out of the dishwasher — the detergent will dull the anodized finish.
Dried herbs, dried chiles and coarse leaf spices. It is not built for whole peppercorns, hard seeds or roasted coffee beans — those need a burr mill and will wear the teeth over time.
Every ARGENTUM grinder carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If a thread strips, a magnet fails or a tooth breaks under normal household use, email contact@argentumgoods.com with your Amazon order number and we will replace it.
